This Commercial Use License permits you, as a social media manager or agency, to utilize the Content Conversion Club templates and materials for multiple client accounts that you directly manage. This license is restricted to personal, non-transferable use and is subject to the terms outlined in the license agreement that will be made available to you once you purchase.

Agreement Between: Content Conversion Club ("Company") and Licensee ("You")

  • The license fee is $97 per month.
  • This fee grants you access to the same content as the standard $27/month membership but allows for multi-client use within your direct management.
  • Permitted Use You may: Use the templates and content provided by the Company across multiple businesses or brands that you manage as a service provider. Modify the templates to fit individual client needs, ensuring alignment with the client’s branding and business requirements.
  • Prohibited Use You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates or content, whether as part of your own digital product, membership, or service offerings. Share, distribute, or make the templates or content accessible to individuals or entities outside of your direct client accounts. Claim the templates or content as your original work or intellectual property. Use the templates or content in a way that violates any laws or infringes upon the rights of othe
  • Ownership and Intellectual Property All content, templates, and materials provided through the Content Conversion Club remain the sole property of the Company. By purchasing this license, you do not acquire any ownership rights. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted under this agreement.
  • Termination The Company reserves the right to revoke this license without refund if you violate any terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the templates and delete any copies in your possession.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties The templates and content are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of the materials.
  • Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the templates or content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the templates or violation of this agreement.
  • Modifications The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the license constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Harris County, Texas, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Acceptance of Terms By purchasing the Commercial Use License, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You must check the box on the right to acept the terms of this agreement.

Digital products can't be returned, as they are downloadable, licensed, and/or accessed on a subscription basis.
